The waiting list is closed. When we open it, we will announce it on our website, through the Aurora Sentinel, and at numerous locations throughout the Aurora and Denver areas to best provide opportunity to underserved populations. Summersong Townhomes is a subsidized property, wherein qualified residents pay 30% of their income as rent.

References will be obtained from present and past Landlords. An applicant may be rejected if these reports document failure to make payments or shows evidence that the applicant, applicant’s family and/or guests of the applicant disturbed the safety, security and/or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents. Any outstanding balance due a landlord for non-payment of rent and/or damages will be grounds for rejection. This includes both conventional and affordable housing. That said, while our waiting list is currently closed (April 2019), we review each application on an individual basis against our resident selection policy and you would have the opportunity if picked from the waiting list to discuss the situation before denial.

You can only fill out an application when our waiting list is open. Announcement of the opening will be done in numerous accessible locations with intention to offer opportunity to underserved populations.
