I ordered a few days before and I was okay
Within 24 hours of going,and you should purchase the tickets online; because they are not selling them at the window.
I ordered the night before and was able to book an early afternoon spot. The morning spots were all taken by that time. So if you want to go early id suggest ordering the tickets atleast 24hours in advance.
I got mine a day before online, just to be safe and avoid any lines, wich in this times is the best option.
They do not sell them at the window as of last week. We purchased same day
My husband is a server there and as far as I know you can purchase tickets at any of the several admissions windows but I will for sure verify that as soon as I can.
I purchased mine one day in advance. My guess is it depends on when you want to go.
