We spent about 3 hours wondering around. And then ate dinner. It's an awesome place.
I don't know if they can help you there. I saw that people were alone with their family. But you can talk and ask. I went with my family and didn't ask anything. Only if they need the bathroom. There are toilets on the way so I won't return at the beginning.
