We were hesitant to go because of the expense and our kids (5 and 3) were nervous around the Disney characters the day before, however, I am so glad we went! Our kids loved it, even though they didn't get too close to the characters (out of fear)...other kids were hugging and giving high fives! The characters were dancing all around! It was fun! The food is amazing, wow, so many incredible options! I was blown away by the food! We had heard a number of negative comments, but it was fantastic! The wait staff was so friendly as well! You get a picture with Goofy before going into the restaurant (it is included in the cost). All regular drinks and food are included in the price. You can order specialty drinks if you want. Gratuity was included for large groups. The experience (Goofy, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, and Chip and Dale), breakfast food, tax, and tip was about $37 per child and roughly $64 per adult. It is expensive, but it is worth it for the experience and incredible food! I would highly recommend it! It exceeded my expectations!

Goofy's Kitchen reminds me of John's Incredible pizza just with Disney characters. It's expensive, at $50 a pop for adults (anyone over 9 years old is an adult). Additionally for my party of 3 they added a $30 gratuity charge. That is quite absurd in my opinion. The food isn't any better than golden Corral or John's Incredible Pizza. You're essentially paying for seeing the characters. It was for my daughter's birthday and she enjoyed it. But the cost, absorbent gratuity charge, and the ok food I won't go back again. The servers were nice, attentive, and informative so the service was great.

Great way to kick-off your trip to Disneyland (especially with little first timers)! Great buffet selection and the characters come out and dance around the tables every 20 minutes. Some of the characters stopped for a quick hug. It is pricey (around $50+ pp for adults) but a first trip to Disneyland/CA Adventure is a big bill anyway. This dinner set the tone for a great experience! I'm not sure I would do this every time we return to the parks, but it depends on how long it is before we come back.

We had a party of 7 and many places were not able to accommodate us. It was the first trip for three of our children and one had their birthday while there. Everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was great. Every 20 minutes or so the characters came through and danced. They brought a cut cupcake and sang to our birthday girl. The food was really good and fresh. We loved the entire experience and we will absolutely go again.

Yes you can only book for Goofy Kitchen. But definitely make a reservation in advance
Characters are always there. No extra charge. The characters rotate throughout the day, so you might see different ones depending on when you go.
Yes, the characters are at dinner also.
Phone them up. We found them super helpful.
About $40 adult I believe. You can opt NOT to pay gratuity up front as I believe it doesn't provide motivation for better service.
No.
They will usually accomadate. Disney is all about making that memory. They are not gonna wanna ruin that for anyone. You might have to wait a little longer for a bigger table, but they'll make it happen. Don't bother calling. The receptionists has no control over what happens.
Disney gift card , are just like cash.
Yes go to Disneyland.com to book a reservation. That's the best way to get a time frame
Yes, at least a 10 percent discount with a Disney card or annual pass. You get no discount with the private contractors in Disneyland or their carts.
I'd call the restaurant
Yes. It's fun and be sure to join in.
I went for dinner and she was there..
A large variety of food and actually good quality. Really fun character interactions and photo opportunities.
I am not sure but my current feeling is yes but maybe not the whole amount. The fee I think is mostly for the photo op and not for the food. There's going to be a photo session. With Goofy himself in his kitchen before they lead you to your table and then the other characters roam around to say hi and take pictures while you're eating. ** It would be best to call them to make sure.. "" They are all very accommodating there. We actually didn't have a reservation and we are a party of more than 10 but they still tried to accommodate us. Although we had to wait a bit, they checked on us and updated us from time to time to ensure we are ok.
Reservations are only allowed 30 days prior to visit I believe...i would chk
I booked mine through Costco and they had one breakfast or dinner included at Goofy's kitchen. We did stay at the Disneyland hotel though and not at the Pier.
You dont need one plenty of staff to help
We parked at the Disneyland hotel lot and had our parking validated at the restaurant (free for 3 hours with this validation). We were able to walk around downtown Disney (not theme park) during this time too. Goofy's Kitchen validated our parking on our trip May 20, 2018
Goofy's kitchen costs $35 to $59.99 per adult depends on if you are doing breakfast or dinner. Kids prices are lower 2 and under are free. The food is buffet style so you definitely a great experience dining and character wise.
Yes. You Can Use Your Annual passport for a discount at Goofy's Kitchen
Yes, you just need to show your receipt. You can also get validated at the restaurant.
Only 3 characters visiting tables when I was there. Not worth it.
Very posible you are going to receive a 10% discount.
No. You still might want a reservation though.
Yes reservations are needed. I believe they open at 11:00 am. It's a great place for kids, the food selection is really for kids.
Disneyland hotel
You have to place your order at least 3 days ahead so that I can be prepared
Yes. But they don't go to the tables. They have a parade like every 20 min
Try to modify your reservation through the website or the mobile app first. If that doesn't work, just tell them that you are a party of 5 when you check in. You may have to wait a bit, but I am confident they will squeeze in your extra person.
Yes, the characters come out and dance every 15-20 minutes but you can't get close to them just like in the parks.
Maybe because its fully booked. Try calling
You have to use the Disneyland app or the Disneyland website and click dining reservations.
I think 59.99 each I do t remember but they have characters now
They just dance with music every 20 mins... pretty fun...
No characters. The staff stated they are hoping to get characters back end of month if everything goes as planned. Whatever that means 🤷♀️
I've never heard of this option there. You can call customer service, Not sure, best of luck
No Still not opened. I've also tried to make reservations.
For the restaurant if
No not really, if you park at Disneyland Hotel they have Handicapped parking. But, if coming from the park itself no. I am handicapped and had rented a scooter that helped me get around downtown Disney over to Goofys kitchen.
7am
Yes, they will charge seniors.
Best if you call them directly as prices vary depending on the day and season.
Price depends on the cake. They are beautiful but not cheap. And I think at least 1 week in advance.
Free parking at disneyland hotel with reservations.
I was there last month for my one year old bday and I believe they said you dont pay until they are 3 yrs
Download the Disneyland app and make reservations from there
I used their phone reservation line as some info on website is lacking clarity.
For a family of four $ 250 & 270 with gratuity included . The food was OK nothing to write home about. If it's about your kids and a fun experience it's worth it , but I won't be doing that again !. Hope that helps.!
Yes that that will be your best bet. Catch parking tram to park entrance. Then it's a quick walk through downtown Disney to the Disneyland hotel where Goofy's kitchen is
Depends if you want an earlier time. I book about a month out but I have small kids so I want something 530 or 6pm. If you don't mind late times I would say you can book as early as 48 hours prior. Unless it's spring break.....then book 60 days out lol.
I was able to get an 9 pm reservation same day during Thanksgiving weekend, so try and see what happens.
The variety of food is good. The experience for a 3 year old is pretty great. Took my 3 year old grandson last week. He loved it!
Pretty high. I think it's around 56 dollars a person
Is $40 per child.
A week. Go online and do it
I was just on the Disney site and it is allowing exactly 2 months in advance so late January is when you want to make your reservation for late March.
About $50 - $60 a person for adults
$220 (tax and tip included) 4 adults and 1 child. Children under 3 eat free.
Goofy's Kitchen is open most of the day. Depending on the time and day of the week a reservation is definitely a good idea. We usually make reservations no matter what. If it's the middle of the week and later in the morning or early afternoon and not a peak season time you can wzlk in sometimes and not have to wait much. But I find reservations are best no matter what. Hope this helps.
Yes you have to pay to get in.
With tip around 50 dollars but the food was better than any character meal I've ever been at
It is a buffet style restaurant, the price I believe is about $40
Our party of 12 stayed for close to two hours and never felt rushed. We had a wonderful time, and were able to see all of the characters. We were also able to get a lot of autographs.
Yes, but it does not charge anything unless you cancel last minute.
They had gluten free foods when I was there a few weeks ago.
I believe all you have to do is call or email the restaurant and they will let you know!!! They are quite accommodating
Goofys Kitchen is located at the Disneyland hotel.
They're always there
35 to $59.99 per adult. They will also include tip automatically.
The nearest parking is at the Disney hotel parking lot and yes you can park there.
Park in the Disney Hotel parking lot. If you park at the Downtown Disney parking, you will NOT get redeemed and its $20
You have to check the website for the prices. If you have an annual pass you get a discount.
Depends on how large a group we had 22 people so we had multiple tables. They gave us our own section so it was as if we had a private room it was very enjoyable. We could move around but it was 5 separate tables.
Children under 3 are free. I f you visited either theme park on the same day there is an additional discount.. adults cost is about $50 each
Local guides will share with you their experiences. Entry price is something you can find online. Give Google the same question and get the answer in 3 seconds. Period. Or better yet... call them...
Two adults and a toddler was about $100 for dinner but if you had gone to either park on the same day there is a extra 10% off
Make a reservation to gareentee you get in but you can always cancel
About $50 for adults and kids are $25. Toddler under 3 are free
You have to call them but I think you will get a no. We had a party of 25 and just made it.
It's open to.everyone but make sure you make a reservation in advance
If it is Buffet, and it is delicious, and it is very good when we are young children, have fun with the Disney characters we pay $ 35.00 dollars per person.
If you buy on getaway today they are 47 for adult and 29 For A Child. That price includes tax and the tip
$35 brunch buffet. 3hrs free with validation at restaurant. Dinner is 50+
Yes, she still needs to be included because she is going to take up a space
Absolutely! a credit card is required to secure the date & time. The card is not charged unless you dont show up there'š a percentage
The best thing to do, would be to give Goofy's Kitchen a call and ask them, as I am not sure.
At chef Goofy , its a great place for a a beautiful buffet, lets name the Disney characters that gave me and my wife a fantastic time , there was Goofy , Minnie chip , dale , Pluto. If your ever a Disneyland California, its an amazing restaurant for a hudge buffet. On a scale of of 1 to 10. It was a 10 for us. Disneyland thanks cor the great time.
Highly recommend to have reservations. There is no reason for you to wait around while you can be enjoying Disneyland instead.
