Cool place and atmosphere. It's got a quick service feel to it since you order at the counter, then you have to find a seat (which can be a bit difficult). We were a party of 6, so we found out that the booths are reserved for parties of 5 of more. A lot of people were wondering about looking for seats. Ordered my burger medium rare, and it came out closer to well done. Great flavor. Fries were crisp and delicious. After lunch, we went to the shake window and had some amazing shakes. $44 for 3 shakes, but can honestly say it was worth it.

Stopped here for a quick bite while we were in Downtown Disney. The wait to order wasn't long, and they brought our food out to us pretty quick. Everything was just as we ordered it! The food was amazing! My son decided to get one of their signature shakes.. it was ginormous! We'll definitely be eating here again!

Get there early as this place is popular. We went at 1130 AM and beat the rush. I love that this place offers a Military Discount. One of the few in Downtown Disney and Disneyland. Service was fast, food was high quality, so much we thanked the manager for the great service and wonderful food. Best Chicken Strips I have ever had!!!!

First time at this restaurant, they had a line but it moved pretty quickly. You walk in, place your order they give you a number to set at your table. Once ready they bring out your food. Ordered the chicken strips and side of fries and it was actually pretty good. We also ordered The Cookie Shake, it's huge so good for two people (I think).

It's right at the door, but the tables should accommodate a wheelchair. Once you order then you get seated.

The restaurant is on the small side and the biggest table they have is for six people, so I strongly recommend to call them.
You don't need a reservation! I'm not sure that they accept reservation request... Be prepared for a bit of a line anywhere you go (except Jamba juice) ... The line moves pretty fast though!
No reservations at the Disney downtown location, but the wait didn't seem too long before being seated. It's worth the wait for the experience! For me it was about a 15-20 min wait time... Of course there are other varying factors but I still say you'll be okay considering there is a wait wherever you go... The only thing that had absolutely no wait time was Jamba juice🤷🏾♀️
The menu says all shakes can be made non dairy w/ non dairy whip
No they don't. You need to queue up and order.
