I know I cannot bring a selfie stick to the park, but can i bring one to goofys kitchen?

You dont need one plenty of staff to help

Yes. But more then enough cast members to take photos for you. An when the charters walk around they have a handler to help with photos. I dont suggest brining a selfie stick.
