I was just on the Disney site and it is allowing exactly 2 months in advance so late January is when you want to make your reservation for late March.
Yes 2 months is the maximum advance you can make reservations
The app looks to only allow a 2 month window for reservations. As of today the the last date on the calendar is 1/14. I'm not sure if calling is any different.
I made my reservation two days ahead of time with no problems. A little bit less times reserve though
