Goofy's Kitchen is open most of the day. Depending on the time and day of the week a reservation is definitely a good idea. We usually make reservations no matter what. If it's the middle of the week and later in the morning or early afternoon and not a peak season time you can wzlk in sometimes and not have to wait much. But I find reservations are best no matter what. Hope this helps.
Always make reservations at Goofy's Kitchen. It runs so much smoother and you know for sure when you will get seated

Yes they are open early. You usually don't have too wait more than 20 ish minutes without reservations. But Its worth it!
