We went to the valet parking at the Disneyland hotel. We received a validation from the restaurant. It was free, except for tipping the valet ☺️
Call the restaurant and they will give you specific instructions on where to park. They will give you a parking validation when you check in with them and pay for the meal. When we went, the validated parking was next to the hotel.

I went there when I went to Disneyland. Parking is not free. You can park at the downtown Disney parking. I believe if you park there you can have your ticket stamped if you dine at one of the restaurants. I'm not sure if that has changed.
