They will usually accomadate. Disney is all about making that memory. They are not gonna wanna ruin that for anyone. You might have to wait a little longer for a bigger table, but they'll make it happen. Don't bother calling. The receptionists has no control over what happens.
I do agree you should give them a call to see if they can squeeze a few more people in without making a new reservation. But Disney is very good at making magic happen. Good luck.
You should call and ask. It may depend on how busy a Saturday it is.
