Was told only smoke where you see butt cans.
You can smoke pretty well anywhere outside. There are designated smoking areas just outside of the front doors of each tower, and I witnessed plenty of people smoking on their balconies.

There is a smoking area outside near the pool next to tower 2...there are probably more but I just saw one
They strongly prefer you smoke only in designated areas marked with signs. Smoking in room is prohibited as well as balcony areas, extra cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is smelled. I know it's a pain, I'm a former smoker. Smoking out front of door ways is prohibited as well. Sorry.
