This hotel is terrific and close to Epcot. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Great hotel with best location to Hollywood Studios and Epcot

Recommend booking through a 3rd party vendor like Expedia or Costco travel who can sometimes give you discounts on the packages.
There are routes available for the park.
Not free, you need to pay for it, not too expensive just don't remember how much
I do believe you can do anything time but ill check for you...
Hummm, that would be a good question, toask the staff, and research. It might even be a good book, in the making.
This hotel is not owned by Disney. I wasn't able to use a Disney gift card but I was able to use Marriott rewards points. Things on Disney property change often so I don't think it would hurt to ask. You can always use a Disney Gift Card at restaurants at other resorts, the parks, or Disney Springs.
While the property is right by yacht club and the Boardwalk WITH boat access to parks, it is NOT technically a Disney hotel. So no free magic band, however you can purchase a magic band and link your ticket to it. It just will not unlock your hotel room. You will however be able to have the magic hours here. Honestly it's just like being "on" property. It's just technically not. I just stayed here a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Very comparible to the boardwalk Disney hotels but more affordable. You can get good deals here too
Yes, they have a guest services area in the lobby that can sell you tickets and magic bands.
Stayed for 6 days last week. Some areas are showing wear and tear but our room was bright and new. We were on the 5th floor. Everyone was really helpful and pleasant. The boat service to Hollywood studios may not be running yet but there is bus service. Parking is 24 bucks a day and valet is 33. Honestly given the walk to parking I would pay the extra 9 bucks and valet, I did. They bring your car up as much as you want for free. Resort fee was 27 bucks a day but was included in our Costco package. It's quite far from Magic kingdom but close to the other three, including walking distance to epcot. No issues with it just make sure you ask for a room that has been redone.
Yes. Just about all day, til about 11pm, and return trips to the hotel usually run even later, up to 2 am.
Yes if you ask the team member where you get your towels from
Character breakfasts are no longer being offered at Garden Grove.
No train station, you can take busses to any parks or Disney springs, walk to the skyliner for access to carribean beach and Hollywood studios, or take a boat to Epcot or Hollywood studios
Yes
The grove resterant serves a great breakfast at the swan
Yes. It'll probably be two queens.
Yes, there is one next to where the Disney busses pick up guests
A simple Google search confirms that it was in the Dolphin and was replaced by Shula's. Another page has a few images from Harry's: https://www.disboards.com/threads/harrys-safari-bar-and-grille.2418616/ https://disneyparks.fandom.com/wiki/Harry%27s_Safari_Bar_%26_Grille
Calm down please!
Hollywood Studios and Epcot
Yes the Swan and Dolphin are Marriot managed properties since the SPG was purchased.
There is also the Kimono Restaurant, of Oriental food.
I stayed at the Dolphin - it was OK
Hi, the hotel belongs to Disney, but the general management is Marriot.
Check the activities desk. They have a fire pit by the water on the beach.
About $30 / day at the Swan.
Regular grocery stores and non-hotel restaurants are a decent drive away. It did not feel convenient for a family with kids. Once I happened to be carrying fast food to my room and everyone in the elevators and halls were dying to know where I got it.
I had no problem at all. Key card worked perfectly
In response to the reservations I would recommend making some. The prices vary but i paid about $200 a night for 3 nights. I feel it was well worth it considering everything you can do right on site. And if you intend to dine at one of their restaurants, you definitely want to make reservations. Cheers!
30 minutes by Lyft or Uber. Limo probably $100. The swan and dolphin are awesome.
Check with the hotel concierge. It may not always be offered & the time at which it is held varies. Activities such as that are usually offered down near the pool.
yes
Epcot is out the back door. Very close to all parks. Free Disney buses run constantly going to parks. The boardwalk is a 2 minute walk, with shops and restaurants. The boats from the swan and dolphin do not go to the Grand Floridian. Different lake. Epcot, Hollywood, boardwalk and swan dolphin.
You can get thru Mears but they don't have complimentary service.
Maintained by Sheraton..we stayed at dolphin hotel few weeks back and it is really good. At the same time it is very expensive when compared to other Disney hotels.
Meals are not included.
Yes. It's basically one large property.
No, you can use your room key to charge anywhere at the Swan/Dolphin, but not in the parks.
Perhaps not for this time, but don't forget that at the guitar centers or online you can get a travelling guitar or bass for that matter.
We bad option of two double beds or a king bed
There a shuttle,Mears. You can get it at the airport. You don't need a reservation. It will say swan Dolphin Hotel. we paid $37 round trip
Shula Bluezoo IL Melina And Kimonos all have a bar with their restaurants The Dolphin has a stand alone bar called Phil's And their is a pool bar
In May, parking at the hotel was $25 a night. Buses to Walt Disney World were provided for hotel guests. Obviously, you'd need to get to Universal on your own.
Unfortunately not. But you can purchase in the hotel. My opinion is buy off of Undercover Tourist. Great deals. I do highly recommended the swan or dolphin. Just got back from a stay at the Swan.
Depends on room, season, occupancy, etc. For example, my room from this past weekend had a rate of 507/night (but I redeemed SPG points, so $0). Check the site for details. The answer above that says 28 for parking is not quite right. It's 28 for the "resort fees" which include bottles of water, busses, etc. The parking is 20/night or 30 if you valet.
No, magical express only transports to official Disney Resorts. While the Swan and Dolphin are on Walt Disney World property, they are not Disney Resorts. Officially, they are property of Starwood Hotels (well, now Marriott hotels), as a Westin and a Sheraton, respectively.
Parking for guests is $20.
360 square feet
Yes, it is on Disney property as others have stated. You can use the Disney shuttles, water and land. There is also a nice walking/jogging path that connect to other areas as well.
No, you must book on your own. Try Uber or Lyft. Also, Sunshine Flyer or Mears Connect
There was a standard tub/shower in my room which was considered an upgraded balcony.
You can user the free boats to Epcot and Studios or you can walk for about 10 minutes to Epcot.
It's inside Disney complex, so it's considered part of Disney world. Water taxi ride to epcot is within 10 minutes
No pets, only service animals. They specifically say "only guide dogs for the visually impaired" on their website.
They will, at some point offer to waive fees for early departure. During the hurricane the hotel remains open with limited staff and limited hours for their restaurants. I would call to find out more details.
