Delicious tea, great food. Customer service was exceptional. Small 5 seat waiting room was a little rough, when there were about 12 pole waiting (including my group of 4). Wait time was only about 20 min, which was also pretty good for a Sunday. We had tea, sandwiches, a few desserts, and some delicious scones. Great experience overall.

Yes! Which I think is a more recent additional, but I recently purchased one as a gift.
They have EVERYTHING! But it's all loose. Some of the more popular types are prepackaged in 2 ounce portions, but you can buy anything from their extensive tea menu. I highly recommend their tea
