Rent is on sliding scale and everyone is different. Some work most dont...good community-based place. Very wheelchair accessible..large elevator...several wheelchair tenants. Talk to Steven for best explanation of things here.

There is metered parking on the streets. There is an event at Golden1 arena and parking could be scarce.
