Standing by with faith, we’ve done an initial walk-through and it looks good ! We’ll add some pictures soon but hopefully they live up to the expectations ! New “luxury” apartments in temple terrace ? 😬 I think they can pull it off -it’ll be up to the management and maintenance crew.

Gorgous to look at but management needs to fix their phones or at least make an effort to answer potential renters. I've been contacting them since two month's ago. How hard is it to reach someone. Its awful. We all know their going to be overpriced for the area so just tell us the prices already. Good lord. Edit: They finally priced their apartments at over 1600+ for a one bedroom. Lmfao This is temple terrace. We are not luxurious. Stop building overpriced living and give us affordable places to live. What a joke.

I heard thts 3/2 for $1500 .... but am not sure about ...u know they are new apartments
Project is a couple of months behind due to supply chain issues. Expected date of completion as January 1st 2022
Google search Waverly Terrace and the website should pop up. Available winter 2021
