No, they only do oil changes and some maintenance. But nothing major. You needs to find a regular auto mechanic.

For the Transmission Machine Fluid Exchange it does cycle with the engine running for several minutes. Takes 1 quart out and puts 1 quart back in as the fluid cycles through out the entire transmission. It isn't not a complete drain of the Torque Converter however. Generally the total service includes up to 8 quarts but you can request additional quarts run although generally that isn't needed and does have an additional cost per quart. If your transmission is shifting funny or you are having issues we would recommend you take it to a transmission shop. This isn't a repair and is a preventive maintenance item for a properly functioning transmission. Thanks.
