Lived here about a year and a half moved out the end of February 2021. They say they are a “pet friendly” community but yet there’s a LIST of breeds they will not allow. What’s the point of saying you’re pet friendly then? Our dog is a pitbull and was on the list and the manager pretty much tells us we can’t have her there and in order to keep her we would have to jump through all these unnecessary hoops so we moved out. $1,325 is not worth it especially when your gates are always broken and our direct neighbor upstairs had his bike STOLEN due to the gates not being properly locked. Also there’s no cameras on the property either so there’s really no sense of security! There’s lots of people who work at the navy base nearby who also live here and they would party until 3 AM at times. This place is overpriced and the manager didn’t even want to work with us she pretty much told us to get rid of our dog. Would not recommend living here ever at all!!

We have loved calling the grove home for the last 2 years! If it weren’t for moving to be closer to our jobs, we would have stayed here in our cozy little apartment home. There’s a gym, 2 pools, and a very safe feeling atmosphere, it is very clean and well maintained. We have made friends here and appreciate all the great interactions we have had. With only a month left, we are deeply saddened to leave this amazing little community. The front office staff, Danielle and Ricardo you both are awesome and so helpful. They have always taken care of any concerns in a timely professional manner. Felicia was the manager when we first moved in and we also couldn’t thank her enough for all she has done for us. Manco is an awesome company and they genuinely care about their residents. Thank you for everything!
