Tried to get animal control/police to come get two friendly dogs with collars trapped in the city skatepark. Female officer showed up for 30 seconds said she couldn’t do anything and left. Super helpful.

The dispatcher is completely rude and non empathic and they do nothing. They send out a car to see if they can hear any barking. I live in a shared wall duplex with a consistent nuisance of a barking dog every morning that wakes me up...last I called, they told me there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous. I'm exhausted and fed up.

Called about a dog that was hit by a car in my neighborhood, the officer (Ray) arrived in less then 10 min and took the pup to a vet nearby and even called me back and gave me an update. We do not know the owner so I’m thinking thats a pretty darn good response and I’m very happy with the outcome!
