How can that be income based, what u only rent to those that make so much where it works out the same for everyone ¿?

most rooms are old old old horrible carpet..smoking in rooms allowed

They vary in size but the smaller units have no kitchen for cooking. The have a dinning fall. I was a caregiver there and chose to quit because management is so so rude and they have had an on going problem with bed bugs. I would advise looking into other places.
