I love the apartment; the setting ...my favorite in Sacramento...the garden we have all around us, in my favorite city abd state (adopted in 1954) as a teenager. I moved in here when the apartments first opened; mine was ready on February 11th, 2011.

Last time I checked a two person income had to make less then $28,000 a year. The waiting list was closed.
Ive lived at leisure manor almost 4 years.the past 11/2yrs.they have new owners.its not as friendly.as it use to be.its a must.you pay $189.00 a month for 1 meal a day.n dining room.even if you dont eat.n dining room, still have to pay $189.00 think.
