Tried order pickup, it was delayed and they never received the order. I called the store and sat on hold for 10 minutes for them to tell me they never got the order but it is ready now. Then sat in the drive up line for 30 minutes to be told they didn't have my order.

Store is alright, pharmacy is awful. No matter what time of day you stop in you will have to wait either because everyone is ignoring you or because of "stupid computers." Don't even bother going in after 7:30pm because at that point nobody wants to be there and they will make it obvious. Things are always screwed up. Last night I was given meds that I litterally picked up the week prior but the new meds I was prescribed, which were the only reason I came in, couldn't be dispensed because of them not knowing a code. Today their excuse was that my insurance is expired (which it's not), while at the same time filling yet another perscription I didn't want. Will be taking my business elsewhere once they get my perscription out of limbo.
