Crowded & the outside is dirty as hell… A lot of things going around this place & it takes a long time for the managers to respond to requests about fixing things that aren’t working in those apartments.. They are always gone from the office & every rules applies to some and some doesn’t apply to others. Rent is up there but everything inside the apartments are breakable with roaches everywhere.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND… Go spend your money where you’ll get your money’s worth…

First impressions are very important, my girlfriend and I made an appointment to go on a apartment tour at 10 AM for October 22nd two months in advance and we showed up 15 minutes early. We got there saw no one in the office waited till 10 AM, still no one in the office and we called to let them know we were there ready for the tour and no answered the phone. So we waited another 15 minutes, mind you the office is open at 9 AM and at this time it’s 10:15 AM. The agent we were talking to that helped set everything up messaged us an hour later asking how the tour was and if we wanted an application, we then let them know not one person showed up or called, they then proceeded to make another appointment…another two months away. I understand stuff happens and people should be understanding but now you guys would like me to wait not just one month but TWO not for my punctuality but for theirs, that’s not my responsibility and for me to wait another two months would just prove to them they can not do their job responsibly.
