I moved here into a 2b/2bath about a month ago. I have had trouble elsewhere getting approve due to low income (but comfortable savings). I worked with Leona, the leasing agent. She was a Godsend. She helped me overcome every hurdle. She is just a professional, funny and sweet lady. Ask for her and you won't be sorry. I love the unit and find the neighborhood to be very quiet. I had an issue with my thermostate and yep told Leona and it was addressed the next day. Finally, ever store I need and the resturants I like are within no more than 5 miles. So far I'm a happy camper!

It is a good apartment buildings and have good amenities but I think they should follow up more seriously on some reports and maybe install some security cameras that works.

Personally I enjoy living at these Apts. Been there for ten years. There’s always a few problems with new tenants but that’s anywhere if you live in apartment. The issues are always addressed sooner or later. It depends if one is persistent.

I have been living here for 2 years now and I love it. This is one of the better apartment communities in Natomas, they actually respond pretty quickly to maintenance orders or noise complaints. The pools are open and the gym is always clean. Overall, an awesome place to live!
