I came across Msgr. Pulskamp in the parking lot of the church in the summer of 2020 when COVID cases were spiking. He insisted on shaking my hand, wasn't wearing a mask, and in response to my clear discomfort he said, "don't worry, you can't get it from me." I wonder if that's what he tells the alter boys... Mr. Pulskamp is a detriment to the community, hopefully he didn't get anyone killed.
