Sorry - the following review was for the downtown location on 2nd St. I was so happy to find there's a green zone curb for parking right in front, with ample space available (this was at 9:30 AM). There was no line, the staff were quick and helpful, and I was in and out in minutes.

Never had any problems. Postal workers are friendly and helpful whenever I send packages, etc. Even if there is a line it seems to go quickly.

The post office is only as good as it's carriers, unfortunately in my experience it is not great. We were awaiting our son's cremated ashes which were to arrive by guaranteed priority mail at 12 noon. We waited all day ( a painful experience), until about 4:pm thinking that they would probably be delivered the next day since we had to sign for them. Later when my husband went down the lane to our mail box he found our sons ashes. The carrier just put them in the mail box. The box clearly stated cremated remains, and the tag we were suppose to sign was ripped off. We can only conclude by this experience that the carrier was in a hurry or just did not care about what she was delivering or the fact that a signature was required. I hope the carrier understands that by not doing her job she caused additional pain to a family that was already suffering. I did call the post office but am unsure if anything will be done. The carriers need to understand how important their service is the community, I sincerely hope this never happens to any other parent.

No, you can do it online https://moversguide.usps.com/mgo-m/disclaimer?referral=UMOVE or you can get a change of address form from your local post office or your letter carrier if they have one. You could leave a note asking for a change of address form if you don't want to wait or know when your letter carrier delivers your address. If you live in an apartment make sure to put your apartment number on your note if you leave it in the outgoing.
Depends on the class of service and weather conditions. Check your tracking. If you didn't get a service with a tracking number, you got a lower class and I'd give it 3-4 weeks before you are concerned.
