I've been here 6 months for a winter respite from Michigan The staff is courteous, respectful. The facility is spacious. Nicely decorated My complaints : 1) it's not disabled friendly. . I use a Walker and electric wheel chair. Most doors to outside are extremely hard to open. I feel at risk of falling with parking lot doors due to difficulty of use. Wheres the ADA thought They need auto doors to nonsecure areas 2)the gym is almost nothing. A bike, weights, a walking machine and a psuedo nu step. My generation values fitness. I'm 71 years old 3) food is poor, especially since covid. Again, wheres the healthy thought. Fried chicken is bad for anyone. I've spoken 4 times with kitchen chefs about better quality. Next winter I'll look elsewhere for my respite from winter

My mother, who is 90 and losing her memory just a bit has been treated horribly by the staff who has called her " half baked" and bullied her. I never leave complaints about any businesses, but this became so intolerable that we are having to move her out. It has hurt her immensely as she has her wits about her enough to notice. She is a Godly woman who has given back to others her whole life to just be treated like a bad child. Beware of dealing with the director Christina and Maria, both are very rude and don't show concern for your loved ones or family members.

Poor neighborhood for grandma. People keep breaking into resident vehicles and sleeping in them. Facility care is adequate but minimal. Pretty expensive for food that's worse than military issue. The Employees seem to care about the residence though and grandma has made friends.
