Not great. They sent me all tge way to la from santa Rosa then to Seattle. Kinda didnt feel like the buses were very coordinated

Very sketchy place to be at night with all the homeless, and of course the bus I catch leaves after midnight. Multiple incidents of having to listen to someone scream and rant for no apparent reason, I've even had water thrown on my from an enraged homeless person. The day isn't too bad, but if your making a night trip be prepared.

Drivers and staff were rude our bus got to Oakland 1 hour and a half late. the plugs and wifi on the bus don't work honestly didn't enjoy riding with them.

I have never used a worse transportation service. They advertise that the bus has plugs for phone chargers or laptops and that the bus has Wi-Fi. Neither were the case for my bus. That would have been okay, if not for how tardy the bus was. You as a rider are instructed to arrive 30 minutes before your ticket says boarding time is. I did so, arriving at 9:00 in the morning on a Friday, only to find out that the bus was going to be late. I tried to call customer service and they did not know where the bus was. The bus eventually arrived at 11:00. No reimbursement or refund is available, according to their customer service. DO NOT TAKE GREYHOUND!!!

Sure Lisette, I can answer this for you. Greyhound is at 555 1st Street, in: Santa Rosa. You'll see a Greyhound Sign where all the Busses stop there, that can take you anywhere you want to go. Hope that helps!

Yes they do

That is only if you are purchasing for someone else as a gift
I do believe the ticket to Sacramento CA is like $58.00 and you can purchase your ticket at the Transit window the at the Transit mall
At the Transit Mall
It's on the transit mall (2nd Street) where CityBus stop. There's a Greyhound sing. NOT on the 1st.
Southbound buses depart @ around 3:20 a.m. & 3:20 p.m. to Oakland then you have to transfer buses
Call the Santa Rosa greyhound. You can get better deals at the desk.front
The truth is that the schedule does not lose if they go out there alone they travel to Tijuana Se Angeles San Diego and north to Seattle Washington
Why not walk down to the station or call
No you cannot, depending on which direction you are going its either ukiah or south
You can only pay cash at an operating bus stop with greyhound employees. In northern cal thats arcata or sf ,you might be able to pay driver in person?
Yes you do, you could also just take Golden Gate Transit up here too
Probably you would go to go to sacramento and buy a ticket there
I think they will let you on the bus but you have to pay then or the first/next stop at a Greyhound authorized center/gas station, etc
Is near the bus station near the down town mall at Sears parking lot or at their website
