I would give this place a 4.5 but the constant changes in management or lack there of makes it difficult to communicate. The property is manicured, the pool is clean, and the gym has much to offer. Pest control on request, and they're usually good about prompt maintenance if you can reach them. I'm finding that rent prices vary for some odd reason. It is spacious with in unit laundry. Some units are remodeled not all. It's hit or miss here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The manager of the office is cruel and extremely rude. We took a check to pay our rent and because we were past due they needed two rents not one. (Gf lost Job due to covid) That’s fair makes sense. They still have my check in possession. Later that week I paid both months rent. So I am up to date, I figured they shredded the check since they said they couldn’t use it. Instead they hold on to it and after we paid both rents proceeded to cash it a week later. When I asked them why the manager wouldn’t get on the phone you just hear here in the background they shouldn’t have left it. They could’ve simply told me to come grab it. Also not the first time she was rude. Don’t even get me started on the repairs and crazy stuff that happens here. Worse apartment experience ever.

I've had a pretty good experience so far. We are moving in as new tenants this week and have been working with the staff for a while to find the right fit. Lola has been great at accommodating our needs and being a great point of contact. She has responded promptly to all our questions and addressed each of our concerns. We are excited to become new residents at this nice and tranquil community.

Units themselves and maintenance staff are nice but management is terrible at communicating. I sent a lot of emails for both move in and move out processes and very rarely got replies that actually addressed my questions and concerns. There was also a point where we were offered a cash for keys program to move out early and we were willing to do it, but at some point they rescinded the offer or cancelled the program and never told us - just had us waiting waiting waiting thinking we had to move out soon. We weren’t aware they cancelled the program until we called the office to ask about when we should move out. Other tenants would also come home late at night with their car stereo blasting or engine revving, and nobody ever did anything about it, so expect to be woken up around 1-2 AM regularly.

Who doesn't love in home washer and dryers?! Both our 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes come with a washer and dryer.
