It's never an easy decision to put your parent into a community, especially when you have cared for them yourself for years. But Mom needed Memory Care and it was the right decision to find her a place that she, and our family, would feel comfortable with. After looking at many communities, I knew when I toured The Monarch (previously YourLife) of Coconut Creek, we found the right place. Jillian Castellano, the Director of Sales, was kind enough to meet with me on her day off and I was assured after talking with her and touring the community, that this would be Mom's new home. The four neighborhoods are just beautiful and ALWAYS kept clean and fresh, thanks to Gladys Torres, who has led the housekeeping staff since day one. I love how the community is set up and all the ways it was designed with Memory Care in mind, since that is their focus. We have been through transitions with managers, staff and even a new management company, RUI. They listen to our suggestions and do their best to address concerns and make improvements. Covid lockdown days were a stressful time for all of us, but various methods for us to communicate with our loved ones were used, and the team worked very hard to keep the community staffed during those difficult times. The Executive Director, Lisa Davis, and her terrific managers and staff worked diligently to keep the residents active, social and safe to the best of their ability, putting in some very long days. Mom is lovingly cared for by the nursing/PCS staff, and has been since October 2019, they all call her Mama Mia! They provide wonderful entertainment and different activities to keep residents busy and engaged. The courtyard and screened patios are great places to take them outside when visiting. There's a private dining room upstairs that you can reserve and have a special meal together, which we did for my Mom's birthday. It's a pleasure for me and my family to visit, whether in her room or with other residents, family members and staff. I highly recommend The Monarch of Coconut Creek for your loved one.

UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL!!!! From day 1, everyone I came into contact with, has gone above and beyond to help my sister and me. The entire residence is immaculate . All… and I mean ALL the Staff here are welcoming, warm, supportive, and caring, I know my sister is getting everything she needs to live a full and happy life. I Have visited 7 other assisted and memory care residential communities before finding Monarch. I am so very thankful I found Monarch, and so very grateful for ALL the caring professionalism demonstrated by all Staff and Services provided here at Monarch. I can now sleep at night knowing my sister is valued and cared for.
