Your rent includes so much more than your apartment, such as: $250 worth ofmeals per person, per month, property taxes and basic utilities (i.e. water, heat, electric, trash collection, and recycling). It also includes services such as weekly housekeeping & linen service and activity programs. Not included in your monthly rent are phone, cable and Internet, which are provided for a nominal fee, any meals that you purchase over your $200 monthly credit, and additional services you opt to receive (i.e. services from our on-site healthcare partners, private transportation or salon).

Our monthly agreements set us apart. Rather than writing a six-figure check to a continuing care retirement community, you maintain control of your assets. The great thing is that we offer a continuum of care similar to a CCRC - without the buy-in.
