I want to convey my extreme gratitude to this facility, staff, and especially Dr Francis Clark for my recent care here for cataract surgery. I have extreme PTSD/OCD, and all my surgeries have been exhaustive and stressful. Not with these guys. They could not have been more kind, and i overheard Dr Clark personally asking staff to take special care of my needs. Dr Clark is exemplary.

My wife has had surgery here before and found the staff to be terrific. This review is not about them. This is directed specifically at the administration. My wife was scheduled for surgery on 2/2 and requested to be there at 5:45 am. Snow had begun on 1/31 and fell all day on 2/1, yet the hospital confirmed her surgery. At 5:02 am on 2/2, someone called our home to cancel. They stated it was because of Governor's order. Unfortunately, we had left by then and were on the road. We made a very dangerous drive only to find the center closed. Then we had to make a more dangerous drive home. The Governor's order was issued at 7:00 pm on 2/1 and we should have been called that evening. 45 minutes is not enough notice for cancellation especially for the 1st scheduled surgery. Needless to say, we are both very upset by this stunning lack of communication.

Everyone I encountered at your surgical facility was outstanding class act. I felt like I was treated as family from all. Dr Francis Clark gave me back my vision with a 5 minute cataract surgery, as well as fixing my astigasitm and glaucoma. The entire experience was a true pleasure & I thank all.

Seeing only out of 1 eye, I saw several surgeons prior to committing to one. What impressed me about Dr Clark is he seemed primarily centered on getting me the most effective results, not selling me different plans and making more cash. He did exams and tests I never had before. He gave me an understanding of my eye health I never knew. And he delivered. Kind doctor with excellent results.
