Took my mom for an appointment. I was wearing a cloth mask. The security guard told me cloth masks weren't allowed. I explained to the security guard that I am hypersensitive to the "surgical" masks up to the point of a possible anaphylactic reaction. He said he didn't care, and told me I had to wear that mask. Luckily this time it just caused severe itching. Seems like this rent-a-cop was just trying to flex his authority. His attitude was condescending, rude and uncaring.

My son and I was denied to be seen 4/26 around 6 p.m (Patricia) asked what we were being seen for I told her we were involved in a accident and I am having issues I brought him as well to be checked due to the fact of bein hit on his side, she asked again “so what were we being seen for” I again explained to her …. So now at this point she keeps asking whether or not he’s having symptoms I said no not that I know of but that’s why I brought him to get check out (they denied service) so being he was denied service I was denied as well because they said he would not be able to go in the back with me (policy) but he was going to be with me to begin with! They made me feel as if I was wrong for trying to make sure my son was ok, I asked if it was ur child would you had brought him to be seen I said to the emergency room she said this isn’t an emergency room I said whereever u choose to bring them she said I would’ve took my child to the pavilion (which is irrelevant) and said it snobby like.. I just was through at that point because she kept going back and forth and Lynda (the rn) nor Patricia (front desk) tried to help in any way Lynda said she was Patricia supervisor which I know is not true I left in total disbelief

went for sick visit, waited over an hour 2 people after me were seen before me... not acceptable
