You would have to come in and check with staff. The Express Care operates as an urgent care would. Any emergency cases or patients needing to stay overnight are transported in an ambulance to Cape fear. Anything appointment based or outpatient such as doctor ordered bloodwork, xrays, or surgeries are run through registration and not the express care. There is a more limited time window for the regular registration desk.
