I worked with HKM to negotiate an agreement with my employer and my experience with Chase Hamilton exceeded my expectations. He was thorough in reviewing all the details, took a lot of care in considering all the context around my situation and provided helpful language and tools to negotiate. My one criticism of the firm is in relation to setting up my consultation. The firm has a standard process for those who need a contract reviewed where you pay for the consultation up-front and then schedule an appointment without knowing which lawyer you'll be assigned. When I asked the legal assistants for more details of the possible attorneys they gave me a general response along the lines of "they're all good." I just wanted to make sure I had a lawyer whose experience was suited for my needs. When I followed up and asked for more detail and understanding of their experience they went silent on me. I followed up via email a few times and didn't hear back, despite being responsive to my previous questions. I was very close to finding another law firm up to that point but decided I'd give them a call -- I finally got an answer and an apology for lack of response and gave them a try considering how positive their reviews are. I do think it's fair for a potential client to be assured that they'll have an attorney who's a good fit for their case and would hope they improve on providing more information when asked.

Jennifer and her assistant Margie were so pleasant to work with. I never felt that I was a burden or that they were to busy to talk to me about my situation. They are both very fast to respond to any questions. My case ended on a positive note. I felt as if Jennifer was a friend and she truly cared about what happened to me. I can’t thank them enough for helping me leave an impossible situation. Lori

Recently I contacted HKM employment for council with a bullying issue in my small office. They listened compassionately to my story and assigned me an attorney- Jennifer Vitello. Jennifer helped me regain what little dignity I felt I had left. Jennifer was a beacon of light to me as I was thrust into despair. Jennifer is tough yet very compassionate. She sought justice for me and I am so very thankful for her impeccable skills as an attorney. No one ever wants to need an employment attorney but if you do, HKM will be there for you every step of the way!

My experience with HKM was great! I would not go to any other law firm. Their staff are super SUPPORTIVE and are with you every step of the way. They always made sure I knew what was going on or updates on my case if I had a question, they were quick to respond either by phone or email. My attorney Leo was a great support I don't know what I would have done with out HKM. I also felt like they were on my side no matter what. Not like other place that your just a case number but to HKM your treated like a real person. I would 100% recommend this firm!!!! They fight for your rights and make sure there is justice for their clients. THANK YOU FOR SUCH AN AMAZING JOB, SUPPORT AND TRUST, IN MY TIME OF NEED!
