Total trash and unprofessional. When they took coulter samples they never had any Stirrups for my feet and my legs where buckling the hole time. When I called to ask for my results they were completely lazy and said there was nothing to worry about, without even telling me positive or negative. Disgusting service.

Dr Hanna, Morgan RN, Ashley MRI Tech, every one else were tremendous, outstanding, professional, and caring. Emergency Room Personnel. Hope to never come back, but if I do.I know I will be in very good hands.Regards Eric J.Grimm.

I went to Proctor last night, thinking I had Covid. It turned out to be food poisoning. I have pretty high anxiety. I was told to control my breathing. I was so sick. I was told by the nurse, that I was crazy. I had to keep running to the bathroom, as I was so sick. The nurse portrayed me in that same light, to the Doctor. I can’t believe that I chose to go there.

There are times that unforseen circumstances occur however with the values and culture we strive to create that should have been explained. Patient care is a priority.
