Dr.Ali, is GREAT. Very professional, personal, and cares ! Sometimes we as patients don't like what we're asked to do, then why go to any doctor if we know better. I have the most respect for her and her staff. Sometimes front desk can be short but think about all the people they put up with in a day I always do my best to be pleasant and change their mood. It works most of the time. THANKS FOR ALL YOU LADYS DO !!

90% of the time, the receptionists are miserable, I dread the initial encounter, once you're done with the front desk, everyone is wonderful!

It took me 30 mins to get on call and the receptionist was very rude. I'm patient here. I recently got new job so I have new insurance. I told her I'll pay and submit claim by myself as i have not received new cards yet but she kept asking for insurance. Pathetic. Not gonna go here again.

PMA stands for “Patients Matter Always”… what a joke. I called them to schedule and appointment with their endocrinologist to discuss options for HRT. I was told that she would take me as a client but before we scheduled anything I had to send bloodwork. Sent it in a week later and got a phone call from the doctor’s assistant Jen. I had awful service and asked if I could call her back in 5 minutes. She said their lines were usually jammed so she would call me back. I said thank you and hung up the phone. After not hearing back for an hour I called again and waited on hold for 30 minutes before the receptionist told me she had a meeting. They said she would call me back at the end of the day…. Nothing. I figure, maybe she’s tired, long day, whatever. I then waited until 2:30 the following day before I called again. I wait on hold for 15 minutes this time (better?) before being greeted by the receptionist. I ask to speak to Jen because i was returning a call I had received yesterday. I was put on hold again thinking, finally, we will get this appointment scheduled that I’ve been waiting weeks for. After a 5 minute hold the receptionist came back on the line and told me that the doctor had review my bloodwork and everything seemed fine so they didn’t need to make an appointment…. What…. I know my bloodwork is fine. I then had to put myself as trans to the RECEPTIONIST in hopes to get through to someone. Nothing. This place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, and all the reviews already here (2.2 stars at this point) are absolutely right. Don’t go here. Save the time. Save the money.
