Horrible experience trying to communicate with this office. My medications are never sent to the correct pharmacy and I'm forced to drive 20+ mins to get my medication. Currently I can even reach the office to get medication filled for an upcoming test. Twice they reported it was sent to the pharmacy and the pharmacy denies receiving it. Looking for a new doc ASAP.

Great interaction with office staff, they called to schedule my first appointment and was able to get me in quickly. The provider was thorough and I did not feel rushed explaining my medical history.

I switched to this office in January of 2022. I am very happy with the service provided. When I have put a prescription refill request through my patient portal over the weekend it has been filled by my pharmacy by Monday afternoon. Get a callback sooner than 48 hours.

Not exactly sure where youre going w that ?... Call the office. Either way, getting better, still though, did not bother to tell me they did not have current insurance. Scheduled appt 2 weeks prior, was informed when I came in and did not have new insurance cards, seems like good practice to call 24-48 hrs in advance to let pt know cannot be,seen unless new ins info is received. All the other Dr's I see do this, seems like common practice but then again this office has been very disorganized until late.
