Phlebotomist was very condescending while collecting my co pay. I couldn’t locate my health equity card at first so My mom gave her a credit card. She was about to scan the credit card when My mom came across my HealthEquity card. She said oh I found it and handed her the card. She asked if mom was sure and Mom said yes. She condescendingly asked again if My mom was sure and mom again said that she was. The Dr. Requested several lab tests to include a H pylori breath test and urinalysis. She informed me about the tests she was collecting and didn’t mention the breath test. When I inquired she informed me that she couldn’t perform this test because I had lipstick on. She also told me that I wasn’t supposed to brush my teeth or drink water before testing. I was only told to fast by my doctor. She also implied that somehow my urine was affected? And did not allow me to provide a urine sample.

They need to up their game. First, don't schedule 2 appointments at the same time with only 1 person working. Secondly, on the voice mail where directions to the location are given, you may want to specify it's inside Safeway. It would be quite helpful.
