Eye Consultants of Arizona is a great example of how a medical practice should operate. A live person answers the phone and everyone is greeted with a smile. The front office staff and techs are professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Lu is warm and kind, and takes time to explain results and treatment options thoroughly. Appointment wait time was minimal, I was not rushed nor treated like a number, and I believe they value me as a patient.
