More than I ever could of imagined. We stayed in the paddock villa with 12 people and had enough space and slept comfortably. The grounds are kept beautifully. We loved all the different pool areas. Especially the waterside. Can't wait to come back again from maine.

Hurricane IAN is moving in, talked to the front desk twice about extending stay due to cancelled flights and the second time they connected me to the reservation line that had more than an hour wait, and guest services said there was nothing they could do for me , spending thousands of dollars to feel the magic and being told that in the heart of the hurricane, we are going to be pushed out, spending hours on the phone trying to get resolution and no one can help. If guest services can’t help it should be called something else. Disney, please don’t respond with something saying how each person has their own duties. I had 2 different call backs from the resort from people that knew my problem and claimed they couldn’t help me. Why couldn’t I get a call back from someone that could.

This is one of my favorite Disney Resorts. It just feels like home.

Great staff. Nice rooms, of course it's disney. More transportation options would be nice

There is a Gooding's supermarket nearby at Cross Roads center. Very well stocked. Delivery is available, but check with Disney for the rules regarding delivery to resorts as they have recently changed.
We just got home from there yesterday. We had Walmart deliver our groceries and it worked out pretty good.
Not Keurig just regular.
There are layouts on www.dvcrequest.com/saratoga-springs.asp
Yes. One bedroom and larger have a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You can also request utensils that you may want. The studio appartment has paper plates and cups, plastic utensils, a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, and a small refrigerator/freezer.
The resort is very large and spread out. Getting from point A to point B requires a lot of walking. So a scooter is recommended if someone has problems walking. But this place is very nice!
I think you mean if they are accessible for mobility impaired. Yes, they have some units that are equipped with ramps and I am assuming accessible interiors. They are not all this way but there are a handful. Just stayed there last week and enjoyed our stay.
A ton of restaurants are at Disney Springs, free to get into.
12 cup Mr coffee makers. Basket does not have a built in filter but they provide single pot coffee packs
Drip type with coffee & tea being initially supplied by the resort. I recommend a tea kettle as the room wasn't supplied with one for use.
Yes! All three are. Snack stand at the grand stand pool is closed. The rest are open. The artist palette is your only other option for food
Depends on which airline
Both names have to be registered to the room or yes, use magic band.
Yes you can. Remember the magical express will bring you to the airport 3 hours before your flight is scheduled to take off
Yes.
As of June 2021, all rooms available to guests have been refurbished. The final two buildings, which are in The Carousel, are currently being refurbished and should be completed soon.
Yeah, it's heated, but they can still be cool when you get out of them :-)
Some of the nearby hotels like Marriott and Holiday Inn offer packages complete with perks and bus transportation to Disney that are far cheaper than staying on property. Check into them. Saratoga Springs is almost all DVC property.
They are inside
Yes.
Drip coffee maker in the villas. I'm sure its the same in studios. Beautiful place! Enjoy😊
No definitely not true. The $190 charge is for staying at a Disney vacation club resort if your not a member. You don't get much for it though. Just access to a phone number to help reserve things from. I think it is also what gives you access to the Disney Magical Express. Which is just transportation to and from the airport. You still have to pay your normal park ticket fees. Transportation to the parks and around Disney is always free.
Washer/dryers are available in bike rental building and at some of the pool areas
Jay Grant is correct... Studios have a wet bar with small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and small kitchen sink. 1 Bedrooms have a full kitchen with full sized appliances -- Dishwasher, Fridge, Range -- a separate living room with TV, pull out couch and a small dining area as well as kitchen counter seating, as well as a washer/dryer, a full master bedroom with 2 sinks, shower and separate tub. The 2 bedroom essentially adds a complete studio onto the 1 bedroom layout. If its a dedicated 2 bedroom unit, the extra bedroom will not have the wet bar in it.
No. Service animals only. Some of the other resorts, 4 in all, are just starting to admit dogs for 50-75 a night. Google "Disneyworld allows dogs" for a complete explanation
No, bus transportation is provided around the resort, but pargos are not available to rent
It closes at 11 pm.
