What date was the last renovations for this resort?

As of June 2021, all rooms available to guests have been refurbished. The final two buildings, which are in The Carousel, are currently being refurbished and should be completed soon.

Its been a while. I was just there a few days ago and it needs some tlc. Bathrooms are pretty worn out . You can tell they tried do repairs as needed, but i would rather back to Old key West. That resort had a remodel not to long ago.

My understanding is they are doing a test renovation to a certain number of rooms now to see if it's a better fit for guest. If it's good then they will continue the renovations this year. Right now the rooms are not bad but the couch bed is hard and feels like your sleeping on a pallet. The bed it self is soft but bouncy.
