This hotel looks really nice however prepare for a long wait if you need to go to the front desk/ classic Hall. Everytime I've went down there. My visit was at least an hour or more. And they say the system sometimes glitches.

Decided to bring my son and my wife on a vacation for his birthday and our anniversary. Great experience, staff was helpful even though we arrived way too early they were able to accommodate us.

Excellent resort. We were there during Ian and they were very well prepared and handled it amazingly! Kids loved it! Food is amazing.

First stay at Pop Century and it was great. The Skyliner link was fantastic. The remaining bus links were also quite frequent. One negative, the walls between rooms were quite thin and I could hear my neighbours kids a lot which was not so good, but the bed was comfy and I liked that you could make tea and coffee in the room, plus having a fridge and ice bucket was useful. I also enjoyed all the giant sculptures of things from years gone by. I had a good laugh at someone who didn't know what a floppy disk was. Food from the Food Court was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. Great arcade for the kids for chill out days. I would stay at this resort again, but might look at upgrading to the preferred rooms as they are more central to the facilities.

Yes for both. Our room was just refurbished and had a 2 cup coffee maker
Take a bus over. Or do what I did have breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe and get over to Magic Kingdom by boat monorail or even walk. The buses do start at a certain time before the parks open. Ask guests services. I hope that helps.
Yes, they do. I didn't care for the shampoo, though.
You sure can... I would suggest moving to different resorts every week to experience more of the magic!
Yes. I believe all rooms are wheelchair and electric chair vehicle (ecv) accessible.
The rooms each have a small coffee maker.
There is an ice machine on every floor of every hotel building, near the elevators. You're welcome to as much ice as you need from these.
No the rooms do not have balconies.
Many times there are people in Spanish but there is in Spanish or an interpreter translates you live and direct and you can ask questions or check-in. It is slower but works perfectly
Shampoo conditioner and body wash
The 90's building only had a single serve coffee machine. They supply you with 3 bags of ground coffee and some tea bags.
do you speak English?
Yes all rooms are finished with the renovations.
The rooms are indeed equipped with a mini fridge. However, I'm not sure how well they keep the 35° to 46° temp range required for most refrigerated meds.
No but they have microwaves available in the dining hall
All the rooms at Pop Century are fully remodeled.
There are no microwaves in the room, but the main eatery/cafeteria has some you can use. This resort DOES have in room coffee makers now though
3, 11 PM for the Hippy Dippy pool, the other two close at 10. Only one bar, at the hippy dippy. Buy beer in the commissary though, its cheaper.
Its a murphy bed that when raised turns into a table for 2
To add to what others have said, luggage service will hold your bags before your room is ready (then deliver them to the room) and after you've checked out.
Yes in the food court
Yes, mini fridge are in all rooms at the family value resorts.
We always stay on property. It's definitely worth the additional costs in my opinion. You get the additional Magic Hours, free magical express if you're flying, all day transport to and from the parks, and you get the complete "I'm going to Disney" feel. I would have to have no other option or be saving more than a few hundred dollars a night to give all that up.
For Disney parks only.
Nope
They have rhe table bed which is a second bed.
This is a public posting not a private posting direct to Disney.
The number for guest services can be dialed directly from the phone in your room. Other than that, chat might be the quickest way to get in touch with someone
You have meals with characters in the contemporary or Polynesian hotel restaurants. In the pop century NOT
Yes, there is a large laundromat in the resort. It was very near the swimming pool. And the pool is very near the lobby of the resort. Request a room near there because those rooms are also very close to the skyliner gondola for transport to and from parks.
The food at Pop food court is mediocre. You can get on the skyliner and go a short ride to EPCOT to eat or grab some snacks from Walmart once you've arrived to put in the fridge. So to answer, within walking distance, you have Pop food court and Art of animation food court.
It's a daily fee.
If you can see the schedule every day in the application or where you take the bus
No freezer section. It's a small fridge overall. Good for a small number of items. There's an ice machine, so if you take a cooler the you have more room if you need it.
Do it on the app then pick it up. You can eat there after you pick it up though.
I have seen a service dog at pop century when I stayed at hotel this Aug. Maybe they will allow a support cat, call and find out
If I remember it may just be the front desk. Call again and listen to the options.
Not directly, you can take a bus to the Magic Kingdom then hop on the monorail to the TTC.
No
Yes, by the pool.
I would say that the rooms do have refrigerators, but I am doubtful about microwaves.
I'm not sure if they do. I would think so.
Just try to do your laundry at weird times so there are free washer and dryers.
I purchased the meal plan. If you did not purchase meal plan, breakfast is not included. There are a few different meal plans, first is 2 snacks, 2 counter service meals a day, next 2 snacks, 1 counter service, 1 sit down, last 2 snacks, and 2 combinations of sit down or counter service. You will get a free refillable mug with this. For counter service meal you get entree and a beverage, sit down is entree, beverage, if 21 or older you can choose alcoholic beverage, and dessert. This is per person, per evening (not every day, they count evenings). So if staying 9 days, 8 nights, it's 8 meals, 16 snacks per person per day.
I would say the 60's building, but it is also the noisiest. 50's buildingd are also close and are not far away.
Just called, extra charge per night, must have updated vaccinations and copies, can't leave in room longer than 8 hours straight and must be leashed when outside.
The 60s buildings are the closest, the skyliner is on the bridge between art of animation and pop century
Yes
Yes, we just left and our room had one regular queen bed and a queen size Murphy bed that folds up into the wall. When it is up a table and chairs fill the space. When it is down, the table automatically folds in under the bed.
No
The easiest way it to go to Disney's website. You can do it online or call them.
They don't have suites at Pop! Century. Over at Art of Animation they do. As well as All Star Movies.
When we have had packages sent to the hotel, we just make sure our name is on the package. Keep I. Mind the hotel charges for packages also I believe it's 5.00 or something per box
The 50's and 60's, the entire resort is handicap accessible Jeannie. Great resort and they are very accommodating.
Yes, all hotels now charge the parking fee since March 2018. Not true about not moving the car.
They have bottled water but it might be RO water.
There is open access to the hotels so I wouldn't see why not.
If you Uber let gate security know they are expected so they can drive up to front lobby.
We checked in at 130 on a Monday 2 weeks ago. If your not picky about the area your in it will not be an issue.
Pack 'N Plays are available at no cost, cribs are limited available at each resort at no cost.
You can arrange shuttles through the resort. Disney shuttles take you to Disney attractions, and we did the Disney Magical Express for our airport shuttle.
They only pick up from MCO. There are other buses you can get to Disney Springs.
The have meal plans. Or you can just go to a local target and buy food and put it in the little fridge in the room.
Heck no...it's Disney. Nothing is free. Expect to spend $12 or more. You might want to look into a good plan but there expensive too.
Rooms are adjoining with two queens each. The resort will provide their guests with a roll away bed if requested.
No they do not. The running path around hourglass lake in between Pop Century and Art of Animation is real nice though. And you can run around both the resorts as well as the paths are fairly wide.
Well, technically, yes. The whole place is done up motel style so you use the "balcony" to access the entry door to your room. But there are no private balconies. I have seen ppl on the 1st floors set out camp chairs to ppl watch or keep an eye on the kids, but they are blocking the pathways.
Yes, most places on WDW property accept gift cards as payment. The exception would be locations at Disney Springs that aren't owned by Disney
There are no kitchenettes in the rooms only a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The food court does have microwaves and toasters available free of charge. We have ordered groceries to be delivered to our room such as fruit, granola bars, muffins, cereal and milk to eat for breakfast or snacks which saves us a lot of time and money. That could be a nice option for you guys.
Yes you can, although they charge 5 dollars for each package received.
They do have coffee machines and coffee packets that make a few cups of coffee. You can also get coffee from the food court which is usually not far from every room. About pets, I don't believe at this time Pop Century Resort allows pets.
If booking a package through Disney you get free bus transportation from Orlando international airport to your Disney resort. It's called Disneys magical express.
Hello Alejandro, there is no renter inside the hotel. I recommend you better rent from the airport. Make a rental reservation online, and pick up at the airport.
call the hotel. I think the one in Orlando if I don't think they will go to Miami is very far
Amazon prime now or garden grocer are the 2 I recommend.
Sadly Disney doesn’t own adventure island it belongs to universal the only way from there to there is car but there are ways to parks like Epcot and animal kingdom
No, not any any of the value resorts
Yes. All 3 pools have them
No, only service dogs
Yes, they supply the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a dispenser in the shower.
We had that same trouble...next day we left the drawer open.. we came back to the room at night and everything was refilled again ;)
I actually just discussed this with the concierge, and they will gladly accept deliveries for guests. I was advised not to include a room or reservation number, but to ensure that the name on the delivery matched the name on my reservation.
Starting in March or May of 2018 you have to pay parking. I believe it's 13.00 a night for Pop Century.
No,with all of the walking you will be doing you do not need a gym
It's fine but usually cheaper if purchased together
Checkout time is 11am as Joe said but you can always ask to have a later checkout. The resorts answer would depend on occupancy rates and how many people have already asked for a late checkout. Ask when you check in and Disney only gives complimentary late checkouts til 1pm. Later than 1pm incurs charges.
You can pay by bank transfer...or you can book with a lower amount but you must cancel a maximum of one month before the check-in date
Each resort has a web page on the disney site. the web page will tell you the times the pools are open. At some resorts some pools are open 24 hours a day just no lifeguard.
I think all they have left is to finish the 50's buildings. I know the 70-90's are done for sure.
They do provide towels. Not the biggest but the are there.
Yes. They do. You have to take it to the main office and give it to them to mail. They also have overnight delivery service pick up like FedEx and UPS upon request.
No later than 10am
Yes
Uber is about $15 round trip to Wal-Mart
Only the new renovated rooms have coffee pots.
There are several different choices, for example, pancakes, Mickey waffles, eggs , bacon , sausage , chicken and eggs with gravy.
No not at the "value hotels". But it has 2 pools and s splash pool for the little ones.
Yes they do. It's $5 per package. When you put in the delivery address be sure to include Guest [Your Name] and arrival date on the first line. We used Prime Pantry to save on shipping as well since we are Prime members. Worked like a charm!
Yes they have bus pick up to each one of the parks. Just follow the signs for want park you want and check the bus schedule normally a bus runs evey 20 minutes to the park of your choice.
Ideally, you put "guest" in the package, along with the date of stay. That does not arrive long before 10 days of your arrival, and keep in mind that they charge usd 5 per package. You will need a tracking number to remove it. 1050 Century Drive Century Drive, Orlando, FL 32830
Not in the regular rooms. But they are available in the suites.
No. Get 2 connecting rooms or a suite at All stars or Art of Animation
Call 409 939 5277. Main number. They can help you book a great experience!
I went in May and it was quite hot ... I do not know how the temperature will be in December but I guess it's not very cold
It is better to call the resort about any enquires
Pets are not allowed at any of the resorts. They may still allow them at the campground but not sure. Disney does have a kennel but it isn't at the resort.
They are remodling in stages the 70s building are being done now
December 14, 2003.
Those can only be bought with a ticket to the parks. Im assuming you're asking because you have a young child that doesn't require a ticket. You should be able to share with them easily. There's plenty of food in the dining plans.
