Do the rooms have shampoo and body wash dispensers?

Yes, they do. I didn't care for the shampoo, though.

I was not happy with the shampoo either and the body pump wasn't working either.

I was just there last week and each shower did have 3 pumps: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. At the sink outside of the bathroom, a bar of soap was also provided.

They do and I actually really enjoyed them. The rooms should be fully equipped with everything you would need short of toothpaste, toothbrushes, ect.
