Vary clean, plenty of room i would like porta johns or rest rooms in the parking lots, everybody going there just didn't get out of their hotel room, a lot of people drive from a distance and have to use the bathroom immediately when they get there,that would be nice if there was somewhere for children to be changed, women to use the clean bathroom excetera

Yes! Parking at Disney Springs is free for general parking. There is Valet Parking which may cost extra, but to park your own car in any of the lots is free.
