Very nice Disney hotel. Rooms were great. The only issue we had was bus transportation to Hollywood Studios one day because the busses weren't running every 15-20 like they had been.

Look I know they say need help. But come no one comes in to clean room daily. Every other day empty trash. For the amount of money you pay this is unacceptable. Not the employees they helped when asked. So corporate Disney shame on you You do not make enough $$$ on rooms and tickets to park?

It is a Disney World resort so you can ride a Disney shuttle bus to any of the Disney World parks. Port Orleans is closest to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
There are designated smoking areas around the resort, and thankfully, they're not tucked away. Both locations within the French Quarter are scenic, calm, and quiet. You can also take your drink of choice with you.

No, bus transportation is provided to every park though and we do try to service each destination every 20-25 minutes from one hour before park opening to two hours after park close. The My Experience App will help you out a lot through your stay with one of it's benefits including actively updated estimated arrival times of busses that are en route

No, but there are Pharmacies that will deliver right to your resort. Just ask the Concierge. The prices are actually not too bad, especially if you are sick and want the convenience of delivery. :) We used this service and was very pleased.
Was very convenient for travel times. There is a ferry to Disney Springs or the bus. Bus to epcot, animal Kingdom, Hollywood studios, and magical Kingdom about every 20 minutes. Very nice place with awesome Waterpark for kids.
Disney runs an awesome service called Magic Express that is available to everyone who stays on Disney properties and arrives at Orlando International Airport. It is free.
The updated rooms do have the usb charging at port Orleans and at Coronado do at port orleans from building 2 and will b building 3
And the front desk can provide you with as many French Roast packets as desired
