Great hotel complex, brilliant adaptation to the existing hurricane, great food and friendly staff, what more could you want? Recommended!

Pro - staff was kind, nice restaurant/bar near the lobby with nice views of the property, and lazy river at the pool. Cons - we are Diamond members with Hilton and got put up in a outdated room (not in the main building) overlooking an alley way with trash cans. No fitted sheets on the bed. Leaking shower. Furniture, carpet, showers are outdated. So disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend.

The hotel was good but the food selection isn't great. Can't get fries without buying a meal for example.

AVOID BOOKING THIS LOCATION; NOT HOSPITABLE I am a Hilton Diamond Member and I Stay in Hiltons nearly every week of the year. I plan my first personal vacation of the year, a honeymoon. I call Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs and have to cancel my vacation because of tropical storm Ian which is projected to turn into category 3 hurricane during my stay over the entire state of Florida. They said no, you must cancel 5 days in advance to be allowed to cancel. I told her we would not be adding to the states ability to safely evacuate the state during a state of emergency so cancel us anyway. I do not recommend this hotel. Hiltons are usually very respectful, but this privately owned location should be avoided at all costs. They do not care about HIMAN safety, and knowing force guest to stay regardless of the dangers. So my first memory about my wonderful marriage is Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs and their cheap value on customer service and accommodations. Reminder folks, you are a hospitality business with no hospitality. I would not risk your money by booking with them. FYI: Disney had no problem rescheduling our reservations nor did Southwest Airlines. No penalty, no fuss, no muss. We will be rebooking this trip, we already have Disney world Tickets, we will still fly southwest, and we will still addend Disney World, after the hurricane, but, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs will never see us.

Our room had a refrigerator, check the setting though, as our leftovers froze, lol

No. They do Shuttles to Disney.

$22 self parking and $30 valet parking per day. I skipped this by not renting a car. the bus takes you back and forth from each Disney park until 10:30pm. Uber from airport is around $40 .
I didn't go this year my daughter and her family went but she ordered a lot of stuff from Walmart food and chips and sodas and watering thit's modern things that they would want to take as a quick snack into the park and it worked just like clock work
The view from my room on the 19th floor was amazing and I could see Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney Springs all from my balcony. It's worth the extra charge for the Resort Park View
11pm
Hello, the 27th floor is the top floor and is used for meeting & event space.
Yes, but it's not the usual buffet they used to have. It's very limited but still good.
Thank you for your inquiry, Blaize. Our Disney Springs View guestroom are located on floors 8 through 26. Should you have any further questions, please let us know. We look forward to welcoming you!
At this time we anticipate our theme park shuttle operating on a modified schedule. We will have more details as we get closer to reopening.
I have received and been offered an upgrade.
The Diamond members will get free upgrades if available, Diamond members get to breakfast vouchers for every morning of their stay. regardless of how many rooms they have and how many people that have this is the Hilton policy you get just to breakfast vouchers and that is for the Diamond member and one guest. parking is still going to be charged even to the Diamond members of but you can charge it to your room key and get points on that as an incidental just like you charge any of your meals to your room key and you get points for your meals as incidentals. Anytime you're staying at a property you will want to charge everything to the room key to get points for your whatever incidentals whether it's meals resort fees parking the gift shop.
If babies do not pay
Valet $30/night and self parking $22/night
You could, but it all depends on the resort of they have you scan your card to unlock the door.
Yes there's towels and free of charge...
Yes snd yes
Yes. As the others have said, there is one on level 1 of the hotel with all of those things and more. In addition, within 2-4 miles there are several other options.
Yes, self service laundry on the 2nd floor
There is a door between the rooms there is a lock on it
Yes the pools are heated to keep them warm for use through the winter. This is from the hotel's faq page: Are the pools heated? Yes. We adjust our water temperature according to the weather so that it’s perfect year round! Enjoy cool and refreshing waters between 78°F (26°C) and 82°F (28°C) during the summer months, and stay warm with temperatures between 85°F (29°C) and 89°F (32°C) when it’s chilly outside.
I was just there and they were doing that with a larger sized golf cart. Id imagine they would do it with a vehicle in the winter months.
There is, although it will drop you off at the other end of Disney springs (toward house of blues). The walk from the hotel is really short (5-10 min) and you'll arrive at the Rainforest Cafe end.
Depending on the park, 15-20 minutes. It's arrival times for the ride back that are more random than I preferred. (Especially when standing in pouring rain at the Transit Center).
Yes, their bus service runs every 30 minutes to each Disney park.
No, but you can go to the Ticket and Transportation area & catch a bus.
Nice hotel, but everything located near Disney is pricey. Chairs included. If you're creative and want to save, you can purchase what you need nearby (food, snacks, adult and kiddy beverages, music and chairs - if driving) to enjoy your experience. Don't stay by the pool. Go find Mickey and friends.
A coworker shipped me a book while I was on my honeymoon out here, and there was no delivery fee or storage tax. However, I was very forward about picking up my package and ended up getting it directly from David at FedEx as USPS dropped it off.
No airport service but yes to shuttles to the disney parks
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, guests are able to ship packages to the hotel in advance of arrival. Please be certain to note on the shipping label that you are a future guest of the hotel, so that our parcel receiving team will know to hold the package. All packages are handled and stored by FedEx Office, located on property. Please note that FedEx Office charges handling fees on all packages. For details on costs please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
If you are A Hilton Gold or Diamond member, you will receive a card for your and one other guest for each day. It is for a fee continental breakfast and you can upgrade to a full buffet, which includes made to order omelets, eggs, several meats, grits, oatmeal, cheese, etc for $7.00. It's an awesome deal, because the buffet alone is over $18.00.
Its oct 2018...self park 18.00 a day. Valet 24.00
Breakfast is free if you are a gold or Diamond Hilton member and have selected this option instead of points. Otherwise there are a variety of options for breakfast including a very nice breakfast buffet. You can also go to the coffee shop and select muffins and breakfast drinks but they are a little pricey.
