We needed a new roof and got multiple quotes. We quickly learned that metal roofs cost three times as much as asphalt, but figured we didn't want to get another roof when we were 60. So we went with metal. We had two metal roofing quotes, and we ultimately went with East Coast because they were cheaper and we didn't feel we were sacrificing quality or service for that lower cost. Chris answered all of our questions timely, helped us make informed decisions, and gave us a contract that best met our particular needs. The installation crew took care to move anything that might get damaged and left my property spotless. Keith checked in everyday to make sure everything was going okay. To give just one example of their responsiveness, on install day it looked like rain. This made us nervous, so I sent a text just to make sure everything would be okay. Three people called me back within an hour to make sure we felt at ease with the installation. Getting a new roof is a big deal, and I very much appreciate the attention we got from everyone we worked with at East Coast. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. And the roof looks great!

ECMR recently replaced our roof. We had existing solar, so we wanted a company that could not only install a metal roof, but make the entire process from start to finish as smooth as possible. They communicated directly with our solar installer and ensured everything would be correct when finished. They even sent a representative back when the solar installer was here to reinstall the panels, just to make sure everything was correct. We've had numerous people take the time to stop and comment on what a great looking roof we now have.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with ECMR from initial contact to final walkthrough! Andrew was incredible to work with; at his initial visit to the house he made sure to cover every crevice and corner he could see to ensure he was giving us the most accurate quote. He was very personable, and made us feel confident that we were getting the best bang for our buck. Andrew was a great resource throughout the project making sure to answer any questions in a timely manner, and worked with us however he could each step of the way. Jenna was great to work with scheduling the install, and answering all my questions providing reassurance! Shaun and the crew were absolute gold stars! Shaun was always available to answer questions throughout the day’s work, and we couldn’t believe how hard the crew worked and how much got done in a day! Even when we had a little bit of a misunderstanding, Shaun made sure to have Constantin on site and everything resolved within a 24 hour period, and it turned out better than what we were expecting! The crew had the install done within 5 days and did an immaculate job not only on the roof, but cleaning up the property each day to ensure there were minimal loose nails/materials (which we appreciated as we have 2 dogs that we walk everywhere). All in all, highly recommend ECMR! We’re a young couple and this was our first major house project we invested in since buying the house 2 years ago, and we couldn’t thank our team at ECMR enough for helping us out in every aspect with the roof of our dreams!
