This place used to be very good and it was close to the airport. Shuttles have now been on average 30 minute waits for being taken to the airport and picked up.

I typically use another parking lot but they were at capacity so I booked with airport parking center. It’s been a terrible experience we waited at the airport for 1 hour before getting picked up. I called them twice and both times I got false information! I will never ever book with them again. The shuttle driver finally arrived and was rude! Older guy who clearly hates his job. Also it says covered parking but because They share their lot with a hotel AND a budget parking center so it’s literally only rooftop parking, so now my car has been sitting in the sun for a week with bird shxt all over it! Book somewhere else!!!

I would not recommend using this service. I prepaid for the dates I was parking and upon leaving the parking garage I put my CC up to scan to exit the garage. I had prepaid $125 and then I was charged an additional $175. I've called their service center twice to report this issue and that I was overcharged $175. It's been almost a week and they don't have an update on my request and refuse to give me any information. I was originally told it shouldn't take more than 24-48 hrs. Absolutely terrible service.

This is my new favorite place to park when traveling out of LAX. The entrance was a little hard to find initially, but now I know to just make a right turn as if going to the hotel right next to the garage. Take a ticket, park on Level 4 or above, and take the elevator down to get the airport shuttle. There was a shuttle waiting when I arrived and we were on our way in under 5 minutes. My flight got in after 11pm so I was concerned about wait times, but it wasn't a problem. I called the phone number provided and the shuttle picked me up at the designated spot in less than 10 minutes. This shuttle also services hotels near the parking garage, so there may be multiple stops. I had prepaid for my reservation but mistakenly used my credit card upon exiting, so I was double charged. I called Ray the next business day and he reversed the second charge without a problem. Great customer service that has earned my long term business.

You can text that you've arrived and a shuttle driver will be informed
The process is easier if you do. You can also get a ticket at the entrance and pay at the machine before leaving.

Airport Center Parking doesn't currently offer prepaid reservations on site at https://www.airportcenterparking.org/ although we do offer non paid reservations so it sounds like you may have done your reservation through a 3rd party site. We did check to see if we could find a reservation in your name and nothing is currently showing up in our system. I work at the airport and use the shuttle every day I have only waited 10-15. Keep in my mind that they take their breaks at various times but there is always another one pulling up. At the terminals it is a little different because it tends to be a lot of traffic so I have to make myself visible.
