No monorail but you can see epcots fireworks from the 3rd floor.
Cant see parks nor have monorail. But buses are there and quick as well as boat rides (love them btw). Nice and quiet resort btw.
You cannot see the parks, you may see some fireworks. Monorail does not goes there, only Disney bus system and boats to Disney Springs.
Bus's only to the parks. Also you have Water transportation to Disney Springs.
