Does the French Quarter at Port Orleans have handicap showers/bathrooms in some rooms?

Only *one* building at POR AB is accessible with a ramp, and there are only two accessible spots with curb cut downs. If you request an accessible room POR will *not* guarantee you get one, even if you reserve one - or book a "preferred" room & pay extra. If their two "accessible" rooms are in use they will put you in a regular room, and tell you to use the GARBAGE RAMP. The garbage ramp is not marked on hotel maps, and front desk staff have no idea where they are. You will be charged full price to be *literally* treated like garbage.
